Shipping & Delivery:

Most orders are shipped within 2 days and arrive within 15-30 business days . You will receive a confirmation email with tracking info upon shipment.

Can I change the shipping address for my order?

We will be happy to change the shipping address for you order! Please email our Customer Care team with your order number and the updated address ASAP, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process. Please note that changes to your order may be limited during periods of high order volume, including launches and promotions. 

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive – oops! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime!

What is covered under Warranty ?

Your watch carries a 1 year warranty against any defect of manufacturing. The warranty is no valid in case of accident. Every watch has his international guarantee card.

Return & Refund Policy

  1. Email to customer service(support@civowatch.com) including: 
    *order number; 
    * the question you want to solve together with the picture of products if necessary 
  2. The return shipping address will be sent to you in an email and we will take care of it right away. Please ship the items back to the address we send to you.
  3. Please check your spam folder first if you haven't received our letter. Don’t let our emails get lost in your spam folder. Please add us to your contact list.
  4. As usual, refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account
